According to the plans we will start with the construction works by the end of this year.

The public logistic part is planned to be opened at the same time as commercial parts of the project.

The interest by tenants both for office and retail premises has been always very high. Potential tenants have registered themselves already months ago. This is now the time when our leasing representatives are approaching all registered and potential clients with detailed information, terms and conditions.

The concept design of the project is finalized. The concept for the public parts is to be approved by our partners namely MOL and SZ. The external look of the project is being configured in the next couple of months with the involvement of local architects and consultants.
