Partnerji projekta Emonike so danes predstavili idejno zasnovo nove avtobusne in železniške postaje v Ljubljani, ki bo zgrajena v sklopu projekta Emonika. Predstavniki vse treh partnerjev, Mestne občine Ljubljana, Slovenskih železnic ter Emonike so se strinjali, da je že čas, da Ljubljana pridobi novo železniško in avtobusno postajo. >

Predstavniki Emonike so partnerjem projekta – Mestni občini Ljubljana in Slovenskim železnicam – predstavili idejno zasnovo za javno logistični del projekta, ki bo tvoril novo železniško in avtobusno postajo. Prisotni so se strinjali, da je idejna zasnova primerna za nadaljevanje aktivnosti pridobivanja gradbenega dovoljenja za Emoniko. Investitor načrtuje odprtje Emonike konec leta 2012. >

The ceremonious signing of a contract valued at 150 million euro for the financing of the building of TriGranit’s "Arena Zagreb" represents the largest direct foreign investment in the building sector in Central Eastern Europe since the start of the financial crisis. The contract, signed between TriGranit Lanište d.o.o. and a consortium of six international banks, guarantees the full realisation of the building of one of the largest and most modern shopping-entertainment centres in the region. >

TriGranit Development Corp. and K&H signed the agreement pertaining to the purchase of K&H Group’s new headquarters building today. According to plans, the 52,000 square meter building, which will house a three floor underground garage, is to be completed at the Millennium City Center by the end of 2011, providing a modern working environment in line with today’s requirements to the employees of the financial institution. TriGranit Development Corp. is the developer of the building complex. >

On Monday's session of city council of Municipality of Ljubljana Ljubljana's city councillors have discussed about supplemented outline about changes of master plan for the area of Passenger Centre Ljubljana (PCL). Supplemented outline about changes of PCL master plan, which among others foresees deepening of the railway, was accepted by city councillors in majority. Accepted changes are referring on the public-logistic part of project Emonika, commercial part of the projects stays unchanged. >

On Thursday 22nd of May second meeting of Civil Council of project Emonika took part in the areas of Cankarjev dom. This time participants and reporters discussed about influences on the environment and traffic arrangement of project Emonika and wider area. They agreed that for assurance of life quality and suitability of planning and realization of project Emonika it is necessary to perform numerous expert studies, which will introduce indicators and planning of measures of influences on the environment and suitability of traffic arrangement planning. Next consultation will be on Thursday, 29th of May 2008, where attention will be directed on design and regional arrangement of project Emonika. >
