The Emonika development comprises 187 residential units, office space, two hotels and a shopping centre. On the southern side, construction of the foundation slab and the fourth basement level is currently under way. On the northern side, the third storey of the office building is nearing completion, while work above the ground floor continues on the two residential buildings and the adjoining hotel structure.  

Despite the complexity of works, construction is progressing according to plan and in line with the expected timeline. Completion of the Emonika project remains scheduled for the end of 2027.
