Project “The Start of Emonika Construction” Receives the Prizma Award for Excellence in Communication Programmes
Mendota Invest, part of the OTP Group and the lead investor behind the Emonika development, has received the Prizma Award for the project “The Start of Emonika Construction”. The Prizma Award, presented by the Slovenian Public Relations Society (PRSS), is the national professional award recognising excellence in public relations and communication programmes. The awards ceremony took place as part of the 27th Slovenian Public Relations Conference, held on 21 May 2026 in Portorož.

Confirmed hotel operators in Emonika: TRIBE and Eurostars
Mendota Invest, the investor behind the Emonika project owned by OTP Group has signed hotel lease agreements with Mogotel Hotel Group and Eurostars Hotel Company.
The Emonika project is taking shape as construction progresses
Construction of the Emonika project in the centre of Ljubljana continues in line with the planned schedule, with works progressing simultaneously on both the northern and southern parts of the site. Over the past three months, the project has reached several important milestones. In December, construction of the office building in the northern part progressed to the fourth floor; January saw demanding basement concreting works in the southern part, while February marked the beginning of the installation of the glass façade.
