The Emonika project is taking shape as construction progresses

Construction of the Emonika project in the centre of Ljubljana continues in line with the planned schedule, with works progressing simultaneously on both the northern and southern parts of the site. Over the past three months, the project has reached several important milestones. In December, construction of the office building in the northern part progressed to the fourth floor; January saw demanding basement concreting works in the southern part, while February marked the beginning of the installation of the glass façade.

By December, construction of the northern office building progressed to the fourth floor, representing an important step in the development of the northern part of the complex. At the same time, works were also underway in the southern part of the project.

In January, the focus in the southern part was on basement concreting. Due to limited space on the construction site, the concrete had to be delivered to the installation point using pumps positioned on the pavement next to the site, requiring precise coordination and close cooperation of all teams involved.

Construction of Emonika continues to progress across both parts of the project at one of the key locations in the centre of Ljubljana, where a modern mixed-use complex with office space, residential units, two hotels and a retail component is taking shape.

To keep construction on schedule, concreting continued even in demanding weather conditions, with the composition of the concrete mix adjusted as needed to ensure the required quality and long-term durability of the structure.

In February, installation of the triple-glazed glass façade on the northern office building also began, marking a new visible step forward in the development of the project.
